Ralph Oluwole Osayameh

Mr. Ralph Oluwole Osayameh is a finance and management expert with a career in management spanning over 45 years. He brings to the board of Directors an invaluable experience in general, corporate, strategic and financial management.

He is the Chairman and Chief Executive of GF Investment Group, a company that handles securities and portfolio management among other services. Mr. Osayemeh, who has held several management positions such as : President of the Association of Banking Institutions in West Africa,  Pro-Chancellor and Chairman of Council of the University of Abeokuta; Chairman, Lagos Chapter of Nigerian Institute of Bankers, and Chairman/ President of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria, is the Chief Executive of GF Investment Group, a company that handles securities and portfolio management among other services.

He is an alumnus of the University of Lagos, where he earned a law degree, and also the University of Ibadan, where he was the best graduating student of the M.sc Banking and Finance program in 1988. He is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Bankers, Chartered Institute of Secretaries and Administrators and a fellow of the Yaba College of Technology (Honoris Causa) Lagos.

Mr. Osayameh has attended various management programs at foremost institutions including Harvard Business School, Boston I.M.I, Geneva and Cranfield School of Management in Bedfordshire. He is well versed in banking, administration, accounting and personnel management.
